Born
November 25, 1923 in the village of Perista
Naupaktias. He attented public school
in Perista and three years high school
in Thermo.
He arrived in New York in October of 1938
(emigrated to USA). He attended one year
of day school and one year of night school
to learn English.
He was drafted in the Army and served
for three years, thirteen months overseas.
After being discharged from the Army,
he worked for the Fort Washington Florist
on B'way and 181 Street in New York City.
For a short time, the shop was up for
sale. He bought it and kept it for 43
years. He sold it in 1990 and retired.
His wife's name is Anna from Naupaktos.
They had four children (Christine) recently
deceased. They have four grandchildren.
They reside in Alpine New Jersey. |

He is a life member of Richard Mcnally
Post American Legion New York. Also a
life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars
2342 Ft. Lee N.J. He is a life member
of Agios Athanasios Association of Perista,
Naupaktian Brotherhood, Ahepa Bergen Knights
since 1946. He is a member of the Statue
of Liberty,St Spyridon G.O.C. in New York
and of St. John Theologian in New Jersey.
